Application fee is $30 per adult. Each adult 18 or older must submit a separate application.
Have your photo ID, social security, income information, and rental history ready.
All information provided through this application is submitted securely and kept confidential.
By submitting a rental application, applicant(s) certify that all information provided is complete, true, and correct. Applicant(s) authorize the owner, property manager, or authorized agent (“Landlord”) to verify the information provided, including identity, current residence, employment, credit history, rental and payment history, occupancy history, criminal background, and other related information for screening and account-review purposes.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, require the Landlord to enter into a rental agreement, or guarantee possession of the property. Intentional omissions or false or fraudulent information may void the application and may result in the termination of any rental agreement.

As per Cal Civil Code 1950.6 landlord may charge an application screening fee to cover the cost of obtaining information about you such as checking personal references and obtaining credit report. Some or all of your application fee maybe refundable to you under certain circumstances. If the landlord or his or her agent does not perform a personal reference check or does not obtain a consumer credit report, the landlord or his or her agent shall return any amount of the screening fee that is not used for the purposes authorized by this section to the applicant.
